Two inspection systems Visionline IPS B100 and IPS B10 are ideal for examining the surface of the inner hole. They offer impressive comprehensive 360° inspection. During these automated processes, CMOS sensors seamlessly scan the inside of the borehole, providing high-resolution, high-contrast images. This means that you can check for surface defects, such as pores, porosity, and scratches, even during production. Optisens software provides a simple and intuitive way to evaluate your employee images

 

We offer two versions so that the system can meet your requirements. The machine can be loaded manually or supplied as a fully automatic version. Robot-assisted versions offer great flexibility. Our multi-sensor system can easily handle even complex inspection tasks -- such as examining all exterior and interior surfaces of the engine block.
